A welcoming class for seniors and beginners, with a chair for support if you want one. Cardio, strength, flexibility and balance, easy to modify for any level.
Classes are included with your membership. No need to reserve a spot, just drop in. Times can change, so email us if you want to double-check.
The friendships formed at class motivate me to exercise regularly. Most recently, my therapist told me I didn't need physical therapy, as my class at Sunshine Fitness included the exercises they would recommend. Class is more fun than therapy!
