BARRE YOGA: Barre is an amazing, low impact workout that is good for every BODY! It focuses on small, isolated movements, core development, body weight, hand weight and band work.SENIORS/BEGINNER STRENTH AND FLEXIBILITY: This class is for seniors or beginners. You can use a chair to assist you with most of the exercises if you need. We focus on cardio, strength training, flexibility, and balance. All classes can be modified to make it easier or more challenging so it’s great for all levels. POP PILATES: A dance on the mat, which is pilates moves choreographed to pop-themed music, hitting every muscle group in the body. If we have a good turn out for POP PILATES we will add it on Saturdays for the summer. Please RVSP for this class if you plan to attend. Also bring your own mat if you have one. We have a couple on hand if you need one.
