Sunshine Community Fitness Center (“Sunshine Fitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your information when you interact with us online, in person, or through our communication channels, including SMS text messaging.

Member Programs and Your Workout Log

When you sign in to the Strength Training Program or the Rewired course on our website, we check your email and password with GymMaster, our membership system, to confirm that your membership is active. We never store your password. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

If you ask for a password reset on our website, we pass your email address to GymMaster, which sends you the reset email. To stop misuse, we keep a scrambled record of the request for one day. It cannot be turned back into your email address.

The Strength Training Program saves your workout log (the machines, weights, and reps you record) on your own phone or computer and, where available, with your membership, so it is there on any device you sign in from. We use it only to show you your own progress. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

You can erase your workout log at any time with “Erase my data” in the program, or by contacting us. A workout log that has not been used for two years is deleted automatically.

Your progress in the Rewired course is saved only on your own phone or computer.

SMS / Text Messaging Policy

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Sunshine Fitness:

• You may receive messages related to your membership, account updates, promotions, reminders, or important gym notifications.

• Message frequency may vary.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

• For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Mobile Information Protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This language is included to ensure compliance with mobile carrier and SMS regulations.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. While no system is 100% secure, we take data protection seriously and continuously work to safeguard your information.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited information only:

• With trusted service providers necessary to operate our business (such as billing or messaging platforms), only for service delivery

• With Meta (Facebook) and Google, to measure and show our ads (see Cookies & Tracking Technologies below)

• When required by law or legal process

We never share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep members signed in, to remember small preferences (such as whether you have already seen the help chat greeting), and to measure our advertising.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Google Ads tag. They tell Meta and Google when someone visits our pages, starts signing up, books a tour, contacts us, or joins, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can limit this in your Facebook and Google ad settings, or turn off cookies in your browser settings. The members-only pages do not use these tags.

The help chat on our website gives automatic answers. It does not save or send anything you type.

Your Choices & Rights

You may:

• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

• Unsubscribe from email communications via the unsubscribe link

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us
